  • Q. Why should I choose a Pilates based program for my physical therapy and rehab.?
  • A. With a Pilates based approach you will see greater results because our focus is strengthening the entire musculoskeletal system. By doing this, we strengthen the injured body part, but also maintain the integrity of the supporting joints and muscles. This decreases the overall muscle atrophy and secondary injuries that often occur post injury. The equipment versatility allows us to easily modify the exercises to meet your needs without sacrificing form or results. Pilates based rehab. addresses the body as a whole and builds a program that enhances movement quality and mechanics, thereby delivering superior results.
